Question 1: What are the organizations participating in job fair?
There are over 10,000 employers both recruiters and businesses that are expected to participate in the job fair. Once you get registered for the job fair then your resume will be highlighted to more than tens and thousands of employers and recruiters in Germany. This will automatically increase the chance of getting hired in Germany.
Question 2: What are the field available for the job fair?
Both IT and Non-IT organizations will be participating in job fair. Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, Tourism, Hospitality, Education & training, Arts and Media, Banking, Science and Technology, Design and Architecture, Construction, Trades and Services are some of the top in chart with IT is the most preferred for both employers and candidates, followed by Engineering and business administration.
Question 3: Who all can participate in Job fair?
Anyone between the age of 18 to 40 can participate. Both- Fresher’s and experienced professional can very well participate in job fair. However, we strongly recommend people with master’s / bachelor’s degree in professional studies with about 2 to 7 years’ experience as the most preferred candidates amongst employers. 9 out of 10 people in the age group 30 to 25 with about 7 to 12 years’ experience gets a job offer in the first round, irrespective of the industry. However, IT professionals with bachelors / masters degree in related field with 0 to 5 years are more likely to get a job offer.
Question 4: What is the process for applying in job fair?
The process is very simple. First of all, talk to one of our friendly counsellors about your job expectations. They will assess your professional and education background and recommend the best and easiest path to secure a career in Germany.
Question 5: What is the salary package in Germany?
The salary has lot of critical factors to be considered such as industry, job location, cost of living in that city, size of the business, technology or job demands, all the more supply / demand for that particular skill set and experience. However, most of the starter salary ranges between- 3000 Euros to 4,500 Euros (Monthly).

Question 8: Is German language required in job fair?
No, German language is not required to participate in job fair. Please note that only 2% of the Germans speak English. We have tried to include the German language training in the package for free as a value bundle. Without knowledge of German language getting a job in any industry other IT is very difficult.
Question 9: How many interviews I will be allowed to attend in job fair?
We have different package that allows number of interviews. There are many types of interviews too. For example, in job fair everyone gets to visit about 5 booths. Also in some cases employers are keen to interview some candidates based on their education, experience and certifications. You can very well attend maximum 5 interviews depending on the package .
Question 10: What is the validity for the packages in job fair?
The validity for the packages is for one year from the date of purchase. This is irrespective of the job fair events held .
Question 11: These interviews will be in German/ English language medium?
Those who don’t have B1 level german certification, The medium for these interviews will be in English. For those with B1 certification and above the choice to have either in German or English.
Question 12: Will I be guaranteed with the job offer in Germany?
No one can guarantee for job for anyone. We can prepare your resume, highlight your skills, train you, facilitate interviews, prepare you for the job. The candidate must prove the employer why he is good fit for that job, in order to be hired for the role. We can eat food for others.
Question 13: What is the expected commencement date for job fair?
Currently German is in locked out due to covid-19. However, we all expect the restrictions to ease by 1st February 2021. If everything goes on well, the expected commencement date for job fair is in March/ April 2021.
Question 14: What is the due date for registration for job fair?
We close the registrations by Feb 28 or maximum number of candidates have been reached, whichever occurs first. Why to wait till the last due date for registration. Grab your seat now!
Question 15: Whether this pandemic situation creates an impact on job fair?
Yes. This Covid pandemic has impacted in both positive and negative side. It increased lot of job opportunities in Germany, However, employers are delaying the recruitment process due to lock down and restrictions. Once the vaccination is rolled out the recruitment process starts and finishes within a week or two. Start registering. Don’t let Corona eat one more year!
Question 16: Am I allowed to switch from one field to another?
As long as the candidate can prove that he is qualified and experienced in the alternate industry or field of job. Employer looks for the skills, knowledge, and experience to carry out the tasks given in the job description. Having appropriate certification to perform the job, enhances your chance to be selected in the desired field in Germany, but be ready to start over as a fresher!
